What questions do I ask myself after taking the Balance Wheel?

Framework: Balance Wheel · Chapter: Appendix 3: Balance Wheel

Three questions per quadrant. Kris Kluver, in The Dysfunctional Family Office, gives the reflection prompts directly. How are you doing on this dimension. How much does the dimension matter to you. What's one specific change that would move it. The questions matter because the scores alone don't produce action. A four in Health doesn't tell you anything until you ask whether Health matters and what one specific change would move it. The reflection process turns the assessment from a snapshot into a starting point. Most UHNW founders take the Wheel, see the scores, get a brief jolt of awareness, and then go back to their normal routines. The reflection questions interrupt that drift. Even one quadrant addressed seriously usually shifts something in the next year. The discipline isn't to rebuild every quadrant. It's to commit to specific changes in the spokes that score lowest and matter most.
