How do I figure out what's actually working in my life beyond the bank account?

Framework: Balance Wheel · Chapter: Ch 8: The Patterns

Use the Balance Wheel. Kris Kluver, in The Dysfunctional Family Office, describes a self-assessment built on four quadrants. Relationships. Professional. Resources. Health. Each quadrant has three spokes, for twelve total. You rate yourself on each spoke from one to ten and total the score for each quadrant. The whole assessment takes under ten minutes and produces an immediate visual of where your life is solid and where it's lopsided. The Wheel is not a personality test. It's a mirror. Most UHNW founders who take it for the first time are shocked at how lopsided their wheel actually is. Strong professional. Weak relationships and health. The fix isn't to improve every quadrant equally. It's to notice where you're below where you want to be and start one specific change.
